My Story

Risha Casey, artistically known as Princess2goddess, or "P2G" for short, began her love for music as a child in the Seventh Day Adventist church in St. Louis, MO, where she was raised. Her first encounter with recording music came at the early age of 15 years old while she was in an All-Girl group named Da Fine Crew or DFC. At that time she was only known by the stage name Chyna or Chynadoll.

When the group finally broke up, she found herself having to find who she was in music as a solo artist and in life as someone who wanted to change lives. After graduating from the University of Missouri- St. Louis with a bachelor's degree, she joined the Military as a Cryptologic Linguist in Intelligence.

She served her country and is now a proud US Army Veteran. Once she was medically retired from service, she immediately went back to school to obtain her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Saint Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.

Now, outside of making music and other avenues of entertainment, she spends her time writing books as a published author, teaching different aspects of entrepreneurship to interested parties, and coaching and consulting individuals on the best way to reach their goals as it pertains to personal development in different aspects of life.

Today P2G has released several singles that can be found on the music or video pages. Focusing more on the production side of her creations, she will be obtaining a Music Production certificate from Full Sail University in late October of 2021. She is able to develop beats from scratch, produce and record music, create remixes, mix & master tracks, as well as produce audio for podcasts and audio books.

"I wanted to show myself that I was serious enough about music to at least study it, and it was the best decision I have made thus far for my music career."
